Make-up Class Policy:
While I strive to provide make-up sessions, please understand that availability is limited. I may not always be able to grant everyone’s first choice of schedule.
Absent from class
This semester, I only offer group lessons on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. On other days, only private and adult classes are allowed.
Once your makeup class has been scheduled, please attend it.
Below is our make-up class policy for your reference.
“Students are encouraged to attend all classes. Each student has one make-up class, which must be taken during the enrolled time. No refund for the unattended class will be issued.” A 24-hour notice is required to schedule a makeup class.

Sport Tournament
Due to my experience as a mom of three athletes, I am aware of how important competition can be and how unpredictable the timing can be.
SSAT, SAT & ACT Test Dates
The test dates for the SAT & ACT may conflict with classes. Please be sure to communicate with TingTing if you are planning to take one of these tests.
College Visits
Communicate with TignTing before you schedule college visits (unofficial or official) to be sure you are not missing a crucial day(s) of classes.
No-Show Fee
If you booked a private class, you must be present. A $50 no-show fee will be charged.
