It all begins with how you hold the brush/pencils. In our weekly sessions, we start with the fundamentals—learning to see lines, mastering proportions, color, form and setting high standards for your own craft. But you aren’t just here to learn how to draw or paint; you are here to learn about yourself.

Art is a universal language, and my mission is to help you find your unique voice. Here, you will learn to speak your mind through every stroke and set personal goals that we will reach together, step by step. We don’t shy away from weaknesses; we face them with patience and turn them into strengths. If you find it hard to socialize, let your brush do the talking. If you lack patience, we will cultivate it through the quiet rhythm of creation.

I believe there are no students who cannot paint—only teachers who haven’t found the right way to lead. I am not just your instructor; I am your greatest cheerleader.

My studio is a sanctuary for those who love art. It is a safe place to make mistakes, to learn from them, and to grow through persistence. Most importantly, it is a place to find joy. As long as you keep showing up, the transformation will follow.

I bring over 20 years of MFA-level expertise to the table, but my most important role is being your cheerleader. I am here to lead, to push you toward excellence, and to celebrate every step of your growth.
